Dr. Philip G. Monroe is a licensed psychologist and is Professor of Counseling & Psychology at Biblical Seminary, Hatfield, PA where he directs their Masters of Arts in Counseling Program. He maintains a small private practice as an associate of Diane Langberg & Associates in suburban Philadelphia. Phil’s areas of specialty are international and domestic trauma recovery, sexual addictions, anxiety, marital distress, and renewal for pastors, ministry leaders and their families. His academic interests include training lay and professional counselors in effective counseling processes. He has been married to Kim for 22 years and they are raising two boys. Dr. Diane Langberg is the leading Christian psychologist with expertise in trauma recovery with more than 35 years of experience. Diane is the director of Diane Langberg & Associates, a group practice in suburban Philadelphia, staffed by Christian psychologists, social workers, and counsellors. Her teaching has taken her to South America, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, and Europe. Her books on sexual abuse remain popular with both clinicians and victims. She is a regular columnist for Christian Counseling Today and contributes articles and chapters to many other publications. Recently, she joined Biblical Seminary as a Clinical Faculty member. Besides her speaking and counseling, Dr. Langberg serves as Chair of the Executive Board of the American Association of Christian Counselors and has founded The Place of Refuge, an inner-city, non-profit trauma and training center. Dr. Langberg is married and has two sons and two grandchildren.
